If you’re having trouble signing in, follow the steps below in order. Most issues are resolved by steps 1–3.
1) Basic Checks
Correct email/UID? Make sure you’re using the registered email or UID.
Right password? Check Caps Lock/keyboard layout. Try typing your password in a notes app to confirm, then paste it.
Correct domain? Only sign in on grovex.io (beware of look-alike sites).
2) Reset Your Password (Fastest Fix)
On the sign-in page, choose “Forgot Password”.
Enter your registered email.
Click the link in the email to create a new password.
Check Spam/Junk and Promotions folders.
If the link says expired/invalid, request a new one.
Password rules: 8–64 characters, include upper/lowercase, number, and special character.
Allowed special characters: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ = + \ | [ ] { } ; : / ? . > <
3) 2FA (Authenticator) Problems
Codes not working: Ensure your phone time is set to Automatic; codes change every 30s.
New phone or lost app: Use backup codes to log in, then rebind 2FA in Settings → Security.
No backup codes? See Lost 2FA below.
4) App/Connection Issues
Update the app to the latest version.
Disable VPN/Proxy temporarily.
Check your network (switch Wi-Fi/mobile data).
Force close & relaunch the app; or restart your device.
Clear cache:
Android: Settings → Apps → GroveX → Storage → Clear cache
iOS: delete & reinstall the app (clears cache)
Blank screen / “Abnormal connection”: Usually outdated app, VPN interference, or unstable internet. Follow the steps above, then try again.
5) Too Many Attempts / Captcha Loop
Wait 5–10 minutes and try again.
Use a different network/browser or clear cookies.
Ensure JavaScript/cookies aren’t blocked by extensions.
6) Account Status Checks
Password correct but still blocked?
Your account may be under review (security/KYC) or on a temporary hold.You’ll be notified in-app or by email if action is required.
Complete any KYC prompts to restore access.
7) Lost 2FA (Can’t Access Your Code)
Submit a ticket: https://grovexcom-help.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
Include:
Your registered email
UID (if known)
A selfie holding your government ID with today’s date (for verification)
For your protection, we may request additional information before disabling or resetting 2FA.

Always verify the domain grovex.io and app publisher.
