How to Submit a Deletion Request
You may initiate your request through either channel:
Live Support: Contact our team via in-app Live Support.
Email: Send your request to AdminGroveX@GroveX.io.
Information to Include
To help us verify and process your request efficiently, please provide:
The registered email address associated with your GroveX account
A clear statement that you are requesting permanent account deletion
(Optional) Your reason for the request, to help us improve
Verification & Security
For your protection, we will verify account ownership before proceeding. We may request additional information if required to confirm your identity and protect your account from unauthorised actions.
What Deletion Means
Upon completion of the deletion process:
Your account access will be permanently removed
Profile data and settings will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data-retention policies
Transaction records and compliance-related data may be retained where legally required (e.g., AML/CTF and record-keeping obligations)
Important: Account deletion is irreversible. If you may need future access to statements, tax records, or API keys, please download or save them before submitting your request.
Alternatives to Consider
If you do not require permanent deletion, you may request:
Account deactivation (suspends access without permanent deletion)
Data access/export (a copy of your data, subject to applicable law)
