Create your GroveX account in a few minutes. This guide covers eligibility, the sign-up flow, verification, and common fixes.
Eligibility (Quick Check)
Age: 18+
Location: Not in a sanctioned jurisdiction; not on sanctions lists
Account status: No previous GroveX suspension

Sign-Up Steps
Go to the registration page
App: Download “GroveX” from the official app store → Create Account
Enter your details
Email (use one you can access now)
Create a strong password (see rules below)
Agree to Terms & Privacy → Sign Up
Verify your email
Check your inbox for the verification email and click the link.
Not received? Check Spam/Junk/Promotions and add support@grovex.io to contacts, then resend.
Secure your account (strongly recommended)
Go to Settings → Security → 2FA and enable Google Authenticator or Authy.
Save your backup codes offline.
(Optional) Complete KYC when prompted
Crypto-to-crypto trading may not require KYC by default.
KYC is required for fiat deposits/withdrawals and may be requested anytime for security/compliance.
You’re all set—head to Trade → Spot to begin.
Password Rules
8–64 characters
Include uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character
Allowed special characters:
! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ = + \ | [ ] { } ; : / ? . > <
Tip: Avoid reusing passwords; consider a password manager.
Troubleshooting
No verification email
Verify the address you entered, check Spam/Junk, wait a few minutes, then click Resend.
Whitelist support@grovex.io and try again.
“Email already in use”
You may already have an account. Use Forgot Password on the login page.
App shows blank screen / connection issues
Update to the latest app version, disable VPN/Proxy, check your internet, relaunch the app.

Can’t enable 2FA
Ensure phone time is set to Automatic. Re-scan the QR or use the manual key.

Always verify the domain: grovex.io
GroveX will never ask for your password, 2FA codes, or seed phrases.
Enable 2FA before depositing funds.
