If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t sign in, follow the steps below to securely reset it.
Quick Steps (Web & App)
Open GroveX
Web: go to the login page and click “Forgot Password”.
App: on the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot Password”.
Enter your registered email (or phone, if shown)
Use the email/number linked to your GroveX account.
Check your inbox/SMS for the reset link or code
Open the message and follow the instructions to set a new password.
For your security, the link expires—if it’s expired, request a new one.
Create a new password (see requirements below), then sign in.
Password Requirements
Length: 8–64 characters
Include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters
Allowed special characters:
! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ = + \ | [ ] { } ; : / ? . > <Avoid reusing old passwords or using easily guessed info (names, birthdays, etc.)
Tip: Consider a password manager to generate and store a strong, unique password.
Troubleshooting
Didn’t receive the email/SMS?
Check Spam/Junk and Promotions folders
Add support@grovex.io to your contacts and try again
Ensure you typed the correct registered email/number
Still no message after a few minutes? Submit a ticket:

Reset link says “expired” or “invalid”?
The link is time-limited. Go back to “Forgot Password” and request a new link.
Account locked or too many attempts?
Wait a few minutes and try again, or submit a ticket for assistance.
Lost 2FA?
If you can’t access your 2FA app (Google Authenticator/Authy):
Submit a ticket: https://grovexcom-help.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
Include:
Your registered email
UID (if known)
A selfie holding your government ID with today’s date (for verification)
For security, we may request additional information to verify ownership before disabling or resetting 2FA.

GroveX will never ask for your password, seed phrase, or 2FA codes.
